MetalKeep Privacy Policy

MetalKeep is a precious-metals collection and portfolio tracking application published by Last Lantern Workshop™.

Information you enter

MetalKeep is designed so holding information you enter remains on your device unless you choose features such as export, backup, restore, or other sharing functionality.

Photos and files

If you choose to attach photos or use import, export, or backup features, MetalKeep may request access needed to select, create, or store those files.

Online services

When online features such as price updates are used, network requests may include technical information ordinarily required to complete those requests.

Google Play purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Google Play. Last Lantern Workshop™ does not receive or store your full payment-card details. MetalKeep may receive purchase status information needed to unlock paid features.

PIN and biometrics

If device security features are enabled, authentication is handled using Android security functionality. MetalKeep does not receive your fingerprint or biometric template.

Backups and exports

Backups and exported files are created or stored at your direction. You are responsible for where those files are subsequently stored or shared.

Advertising

MetalKeep may offer an ad-supported free experience. If advertising is enabled in a distributed version, applicable data handling will be disclosed in MetalKeep's Google Play Data safety information and this policy will be updated as appropriate.

Children

MetalKeep is not designed specifically for children.

Financial information

MetalKeep is a collection and portfolio tracking tool. Information shown in the app is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Changes

This policy may be updated as MetalKeep changes. The effective date above will be revised when appropriate.
